LCD4Linux can control a PalmPilot handheld running PalmOrb, a little progam that emulates a MatrixOrbital LK204-25 Display.

Instead of a real Palm, you can even use POSE, the Palm OS Emulator (that's where I got the picture from).

Note that there are two ways to drive your Palm:

  1. The MatrixOrbital “LK204-25” driver and PalmOrb

2. The experimental “PalmPilot” Driver: not yet supported!

Configuration:

The driver needs/supports the following entries in lcd4linux.conf:

Display: “LK204-25” \

Port: serial device the Palm is attached to (e.g.“/dev/ttyS2”) \

Speed: “19200” (fixed) \
